La sirène [collection] : opéra comique en trois actes / paroles de M.E. Scribe ; musique de M. Auber. 1844.

Arranged in three groups: I. Vocal scores (1). II. Librettos (1). III. Promptbooks (1). All items are published by E. Troupenas (Paris, 1844). The production premiered in Paris at the Opéra-Comique on March 26, 1844. The cast of that performance is listed in the libretto. The promptbook (labeled "Mise en scène" on t.p., "Scene plot" on paper cover) includes stage direction, scene, and costume plots. The vocal score consists of individually issued numbers bound together; a ms. Italian aria ("Aria 'Syren'"), in ink with pencil annotations and bearing the signature of Marin (? or Mariu?) Seguin is interpolated between nos. 8 and 9. No. 8 lacks p. 1-2. Signatures of Anne and Edward Séguin appear throughout the collection.
